Keane claims Maresca ‘patronised Man United’

Manchester United legend Roy Keane has hailed Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca as he praised Ruben Amorim’s side for fighting hard despite a 1-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge.

Marc Cucurella score the only goal of the game as the Blues secure victory and after the game the Italian boss said United had made it difficult for them. Leaving Keane laughing despite United having only one shot on target throughout the game.

“What are the positives คาสิโนออนไลน์ UFABET ฝากถอนรวดเร็ว เริ่มต้นเล่นง่าย about this team?” Keane said. “You look at some teams and you believe something. You say they are very good technically, they fit, they are excellent. They are good at set-pieces. When you look at United, they have nothing.”

“If they don’t win the Europa League. I think the days when everyone wanted to play for Manchester United are over. I don’t think any players would want to sign for Manchester United again. The excitement for the club is gone.”

“I don’t think United fans will upset anymore, they just have to accept it as it is. Even the manager interviews he accepted it as it is.”

“At the moment, obviously you have to be realistic but you still want to show some emotion and some anger. I think United fans will be thinking on the way home, ‘Oh, that’s what we thought would happen’ and it’s sad.”

“I certainly don’t think that and I don’t think the manager (Amorim) thinks that and, more importantly, I don’t think the players believe they can come here and win. Even the Chelsea manager has been praising them by saying, ‘Oh, they’ve played really well, they’ve put pressure on us, they’ve marked us one-on-one, they’re dangerous, we’ve watched them play a lot of times’.”

“Chelsea won 1-0 with United just have one shot on target. That’s what happened. They are patting United on the head and saying ‘go back to Manchester’. That’s what United did to teams a few years ago. They are getting it now and the team has to respond to that. Don’t accept this nonsense anymore.”
